Our Inspectors supply the following:
Co-ordination of start-up
Monitoring of all owner safety regulations
Monitoring and recording of relative humidity,
metal and air temperature to ensure specification parameters are being met
throughout the course of the project
Inspection of applicator's equipment for proper oil, water traps and filters
Ensuring specified blast medium is being used
Visual Inspection of sandblast and profile measurement to ensure specified
blast is obtained
Surface inspection, after cleaning by contractor
Inspection of coating material for proper catalyst,
thinner, shelf life and mixing, etc.
Performing wet and dry film thickness checks as required
