Canadian Pacific Railway newsprint box car internally lined with Valspar Val Chem 89 W 9 High Build Epoxy to protect rolls of newsprint during transportation.

A total of 621 box cars were internally lined at National Steel Car, Hamilton, Ontario.

All inspection of internal linings and external coating repairs performed by NWS Inspection Inc.

Project commenced in 2002, and was completed in 2003.
